If you cancel your order 14 days before the pickup/delivery date, you will receive a 50% refund of the last payment received. There is no refund on cancelations less than 14 days from the pickup/delivery date.

A pickup time will be given on your invoice. Late arrivals or non-collection after this timeframe, without prior notification, will not be considered and your order may be resold. Pickup rescheduling is at the discretion of Ozzie's Cakery.

We do not accept returns. Refunds or exchanges will only be given where you received the incorrect product, at Ozzie's Cakery sole discretion.

If we cannot fulfil your order for any unforeseen circumstance, you will be fully refunded.
